JAVA DEVELOPER at Growth Acceleration Partners

3+ years of relevant web-based software development experience with strong Java expertise
Extensive experience in web application development (e.g. Javascript, CSS, Extjs)
Relational Database experience (e.g. MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
Extensive version control experience (e.g. Subversion, Perforce, Clearcase)
Experience with Document Management Systems and ability to programmatically manipulate PDF and MS documents a plus
Proven ability gathering customer requirements and translating into new products or product features
Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, small company environment
Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
Inhuman ability to bend the compiler to your will
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
