Specific qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer and technical support role required
  • 1+ years of programming experience with Java required
  • Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, small company environment
  • Proven ability gathering customer requirements and translating into new products or product features
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • Version control experience (e.g. Subversion, Perforce, Clearcase) a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory and LDAP configuration a plus
  • Experience with Databases (MySQL, MSSQL Server, Oracle) a plus
  • Experience with help desk ticketing system required, experience with FogBugz a plus
