The qualified candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

·         Expert-level XHTML experience (esp. cross-browser compatibility and degradation strategies)

·         Strong CSS experience (CSS1 & CSS2)

·         Strong javascript experience (DOM 0-2)

·         Experience with "Web 2.0" frameworks, e.g. AJAX

·         ASP.Net experience

Additional Preferred skills:

·         MVC Framework experience

·         JQuery experience

·         Data API experience (SQL, XML, Web services, etc.)

·         Knowledge of software UI design principles

·         Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Sect 508)
